MY GARAGE DOOR BROKE AND I CALLED PRECISION OF JACKSONVILLE BASED ON A NUMBER OF NEIGBORS' RECOMMENDATIONS. THEIR TECHNICIAN FRANK CASSIDY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY DOOR. AFTER THE FACT WHAT DO I SAY! THEY'RE GREAT AND FRANK IS A FINE INDIVIDUAL AND A GREAT REPRESENTATIVE OF HIS COMPANY. SO NEED A NEW GARGAGE DOOR OR A REPAIR CALL THEM!!!!! THEY'RE THE BEST AROUND!!!

I have not ever submitted a review but this experience I had share and give thanks. I was referred to Precision from a friend and the other day I put a call in for a repair and was prepared to have to wait a week for an appointment. The lady I spoke with was very down to earth/friendly and to my shock she told me a technician would be out same day within a couple of hours and especially surprised given it was close to late afternoon. Further to my shock, the technician Chad called within 5 minutes advising he would be here in 15 minutes and arrived on time as stated. Chad was very friendly/professional and had it repaired even though it went beyond 5:00 when most companies I've dealt with would not do so. This was absolutely the best all around customer service I've ever experienced and would refer your team within a heart beat. Thank you and best wishes for continued success!

Th technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did an excellent job in replacing the springs and rollers on the garage door in about an hour. He cleaned up everything and was very thorough in explaining the process. I called the main number at 8:30 PM on a Sunday night and the repair took place at 10:45 on the very next morning. We took a chance with a totally unknown company to us and were very pleased with the outcome. We called Precision Garage Door, and we had a salesman come out the very next day to talk with us. Good knowledge of his products and he took the time to find the product that best suited our needs and the decor of the outside of our home. We did have to wait a bit for the door to be made and delivered but was told up front the turnaround time and the door was delivered in the time frame we were given and installed. Installers were there before the agreed upon time on the day the door was installed. The installers were fast, efficient and courteous. Would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to friends and family based on the fact this company kept to the time frame of delivery, installation was quick and professional, all employees we spoke with and worked with were professional and courteous.

My garage door would not close. I called precision at 11:30 and they had someone here by 12:20 the same day. Nate was very knowledgeable and very polite. He fixed my cable and did some adjustments in no time at all. He explained everything very well. My door is 40 years old and really needs replaced. He gave me an estimate for getting a new one and door opener with absolutely no pressure to buy. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Precision. I would definitely recommend them.

We had used Precision Garage Door for over 20 years while living in Clearwater. We had just moved to St. Augustine a few weeks ago and needed a second garage door opener. Walking through our neighborhood we spotted a Precision truck and stopped and spoke with the technician who said he would come over to our house after he finished his current job. The technician was Dalton and his customer service, knowledge and personality were outstanding!! He came and gave us another remote, re-programmed them both, fixed a wire in the opener and lubed the joints on the door. He was quick and knowledgeable and we were so appreciative that he was able to stop over and accommodate our request on the spot. We are so happy that Precision Door is also in St. Augustine so we know we will always get great service whenever we have a garage door problem.

Excellent service. Door spring was broken and door could not be opened. Both cars were in the garage. Precision door responded in 3 hours. Chad the technician, quickly replaced the broken springs and bearings in 1 hour. This is definitely not a DIY project. You need a professional with the proper knowledge and tools to change these door springs correctly. Very satisfied with the results.
