Woke up to find my garage door spring had broke. Called at 7:15 and they were there within an hour. My tech was great and I had him go ahead and also change my cables and rollers. All work was excellent and done within a couple of hours. My garage door is rolling smoothly now. Highly recommend.

Walter the technician arrived on time (same day) and called ahead to let me know when he was on his way. He thoroughly explained the repair process and cost. He was done in a reasonably quick period of time. The truck has a company wrap on it. Walter was personable and professional.

I called expecting a answering machine, I got a live person, so far so good. I explained my situation they asked me few questions as I expected! The last question was are you available tomorrow, Isaid yes of course. The service tech called 1 hour a head of the time scheduled. The technician arrived with every part needed to do the repair correctly the 1st time. When finished he cleaned everything up retested the door. Hayden went above and beyond to repair broken cables on garage door. The garage was very hot and full of furniture which made it difficult to get to the door cables. He climbed over furniture to reach the area he needed to work on. He never complained about anything and repaired the cables and replaced the eye sensors on two other doors. He came on time and was very professional. I would recommend Precision doors to anyone looking to repair their doors.
