I have used Precision before and have received good service. Wes came out today and explained the problem with my door closing. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need, but he explained what I needed to do to fix the problem. It was an issue of excessive paint on the door between panels. The only thing I am missing is an invoice.

The garage door spring broke this morning. I was on the telephone at 9:30 to get information to replace the chain drive with a belt drive. Tim arrived at 10:00 and was complete with the work at 11:30! The 1/2 HP motor was replaced with a 1 HP Genie motor, belt drive and new springs. Tim was very professional, had outstanding knowledge of the product, answered every question thoroughly and programmed remotes and openers. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend Precision.
