Garage door is having issues, so I called to schedule service. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and Technician came out earlier than promised which was great. Unfortunately they are not authorized to work on the Wayne Dalton spring that I have, and the only option offered was to pay $700+ to switch spring systems. Ended up paying a $49 service fee, and will have to call a Wayne Dalton authorized dealer. Technician mentioned that most homes have Wayne Dalton these days, I wish they would have mentioned that over the phone, it would have saved me $49.

Did business for years with another company. Service was up and down. Finally gave up on them and called Precision late yesterday. They had a technician at my house by 9:00am today. In a word... AWESOME! Called on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and got an appointment for the next day... technician (Reggie Davis) came out the next morning (right on time) and took care of our problem (spring adjustment and adjustment of travel limits). No attempt to up sell me on anything, but warned that my springs and opener may be reaching end of life in the next few years. When they do go, I'll definitely be calling on Precision to take care of us!

Wow!!! Frank corrected so many things with the garage doors on our newly purchased home. He got both doors opening without any noise. He replaced all wheels and used the appropriate lubricant. He got the remote to work along with the wall mounted buttons and he also fixed the code panel to work accurately!!! Further, he did so in a very professional and personable way. The call was handled professionally and a technician was scheduled for 10am. As promised Nate called to say he finished his prior service call early and would arrive early for the appointment. Michael Gavanditti was promptly at my place about an hour after I called Precision's office. He described what was wrong with the garage door and gave me an estimate right away and a Safety Checklist. He was able to work on the door even though my cars were in the garage and must have been in his way. He completed the job in under an hour and even adjusted the garage door opener. I'll keep Precision and Michael in mind for future inspection and maintenance issues.

Work performed was excellent and the customer service was outstanding On the day after Christmas our garage door springs failed, locking our cars in the garage. From the first "emergency" call for help - the commitment to customer service was obvious. Alan & Kyle (the repair team) explained both the "what & why" of each part of the repair work. Recommended service above and beyond but wasn’t even a little pushy. We went with the extra service because of the 10 yr warranty etc and our system is pushing the 7 year mark. WOW, These guys came quickly when I made a big boo-boo and broke the mechanism on the garage door. They gave me all my options from rewinding the springs to replacing the mechanism and even the undersized motor. I chose to do it all, the builder grade materials don't last forever, so it was a bit expensive, but it was my option. The new mechanism is quiet and smooth and the new motor has bright lights that help illuminate my garage. I'm extremely happy and impressed with their service.
