5 Star. The installation technician, Jake, was very knowledgeable about the product and provided guidance about the operation of the Liftmaster Belt Drive garage door opener. He also suggested enhancements to make the Belt Drive even quieter by checking the bearings on the rollers. He determined they would make noise due to worn bearings and then installed a new set when instructed by the homeowner. We were very happy with the product and the work Jake performed. Would recommend Precision Garage Door to any one interested in replacing the garage door opener.

Shame on us for not competitively bidding our garage-door fix. We got over-charged by Precision (paid $638 for what we found out was a $300 job) to replace our springs, rollers and cables.

Excellent service. Technician (Neal) was on time and very efficient. Only suggestion is, the service tech needs to be better informed on the work order as to the service being requested and if call was prepaid. Would save time, avoid confusion and be a better experience for the customer.

Ty and Anthony did a great job of diagnosing my problem and offering alternative solutions. They clearly explained why my particular problem occurred and what needed to be done to provide a long term solution. They went to work immediately after I chose which alternative I wanted done and completed the task expeditiously. They were friendly and respectful to me and of my property. Spriings, pulleys, cables, bearings and rollers were replaced. They also fully inspected the opener.

Neal was the best. Would rate him a 5. Good salesman also. He replaced all the moveable parts and although it was costly to do what he recommended, I believed him that it would be a good idea to do this. I was also impressed that you were able to come out same day and take care of my problem as I had a broken cable. The gal who originally took the service call was also very professional. I would recommend you to any of my neighbors and they usually do ask me when they want to know someone good to call depending on what service they need.
