I called Precision Garage Monday morning about a broken spring on the garage door. I found them on line and read all the reviews which was helpful in choosing them for the repair. One torsion spring broke on my 2 Car garage door, did internet research on parts & labor then researched repair service companies. Precision Door Service had excellent ratings and competitive pricing. I called them and set up for next day service. My technician Rob arrived on time, was courteous and very knowledgeable. He had all the parts on his truck and replaced both springs on my 2 car garage door and the one spring on my 1 car garage door in less than 2 hours. Rob also inspected and lubricated all rollers and hinge joints. I strongly recommend them and will not hesitate to call Precision Door Service in the future.

Service was on a Saturday, late. Neal was exemplary. Five(5) stars. Very professional, personable, experienced. You have a very valuable employee. I have dealt with Precision before and have always been satisfied. Was impressed that Neal could see me late on a Saturday. I thought I would have to wait until Monday which meant I could not get my car out of the garage in time for work. The garage door is working now with "Precision".

Your advertising was very accurate! I called today at 8:30AM and Rob, your tech. was at my home at 1:00PM as was appointed. Rob was excellent as he proceeded to analyze the door and determine the problem. By 2:30 he had completely reconditioned the door with springs, cables, bearings and rollers. I am happy to say that our door is now just like new and working fine!

We called on Saturday early evening and they could have been at our house around 8:00 pm but we were able to get the cars out. They came Sunday morning for a very inexpensive service call fee, replaced the springs, fixed the pull cord, and replaced the rollers making the door quieter. The service technician was polite, friendly and helpful. What a great experience and will definitely recommend your company. Thank you so much!

Jake Huntress came earlier than scheduled, diagnosed the problem and recommended solutions He then accomplished the repair (door closing mechanism) and concluded that new rollers weren’t necessary. He replaced the rubber strips on both door bottoms and installed new springs on other door. I found him competent, efficient, responsive and courteous. A fine representative of Precision.

I chose Precision because there were hundreds of testimonials from happy customers. I opened a chat box about 10pm on a Thursday night and set an apt window for the next day. Although the technician missed the service window, I was aware of this because he called. I can also see how it can happen as I called about a broken spring and once he inspected my doors it turned into rebuilds for a two car AND a one car garage door which I elected to have done. The work was spot on, the technician cared about the results. I actually watched most of what he did because I wanted to learn something (and did) and we chatted through most of it. While repairs are never going to be cheap, there was value in what they did. I don't think I will ever need to utilize them at my current house again, but I would and I will refer others! 5 Stars!
