I was stuck in my house on a Saturday with a broken garage door with the car inside the garage. I did a search on the web found your company and called and I received service from Brent the same day. Got the car out and ordered a new door. Door came in within 5 days. Joe arrived and was the perfect person to install my door. He answered every question that I had and was helpful in every-way. Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday around noon time. I called three other service companies that advertised 24/7 service and was unable to find one that could replaced the springs until Monday afternoon. When I called Precision, the telephone receptionist was really professional, helpful and courteous. She said they could have someone make the repairs that afternoon. As promised, within 20 minutes I received a call from Rob, the service man. Rob stated that he was on his way. Once he arrived he presented himself very professionally. He came well prepared with all the parts needed to make the repairs. He gave us a number of options from replacing just the springs to completely rebuilding the garage door. We chose to have the door completely rebuilt. He did a perfect job. It truly is better than when it was new. Thanks Rob. I'll call Precision again if I need them, but I don't think that will be necessary. Thanks again.
