My 10 year old garage door was out of balance, noisy, the electric safety eyes were malfunctioning, and it struggled to open and close. The technician rebuilt all the moving components and installed a state of the art belt drive opener in less than 3 hours. How state of the art... the opener even has an Android App that functions as an opener and tells you when the door is open or closed. I highly recommend them!

One of the basic things most consumers are concerned with from any kind of service performed or not performed in their homes is Honesty, Integrity and Truthfulness from the companies and the people who work from them. It gives me pleasure to write up a 5 Star Rating on Precision Garage Doors, because twice this company came out to my home only to discovered what I thought was broken with my garage door was not and both Technician Casey and Lea only charged me the $29 for coming out. When Casey came out he told me that I will eventually have to replace the springs in my garage door and told me the cost would probably be around $600. When I called Precision this time I told them that the chain on my garage door was not working and when Leigh M. came out he saw what the problem were it was not the chain it was just a matter of pulling the red string and it was fixed. He like Casey C. without knowing what Casey told me that my Springs will need fixing and he asked if I wanted him to fix it, I asked how much it would cost, he again as honest as this company is quoted me the same quote Casey had quoted me 8 months earlier. I told him not at this time because of my budget. My plans are to go ahead and have the Springs replaced next month and I will be calling on Precision Garage Doors. I wish this company did service in other fields in the homes because the Service Technicians they have working for them is beyond anything I've ever seen in honesty, integrity and truthfulness. You and your workers DESERVES a triple 5 star rating!!!

Broken Spring Repair.Tech showed up on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. Worked quickly and repaired problem. That part of the experience was as expected and as it should be. However, the person I initially spoke with on the phone to schedule the repair clearly misled me about their lifetime warranty program even after I asked follow-up questions and requested confirmation of what she stated. I am confident that I asked all the right questions and know what I was told so I don't believe that I am confused or misunderstood the conversation. Was it intentional or not? I don't know, but it doesn't make any difference. I was told one thing and then received something else. Good work and professional repair tech but I'm not sure I would use them again due to trust issue.

Precision door technician replaced old torsion springs and installed new weather resistant powder coated springs which prevent corrosion and friction. New bearings were also installed. He was very professional and the garage door is operating properly now.

First of all tried to select 5 stars but your site is not allowing me to. Our technician was suppose to be to our house between 4-6pm. He called about 345pm to let us know he would be about 2 hours late. That was perfect. My husband called him about 615pm to make sure he was still coming. He said yes he was. He arrived about 715pm. He was amazing. Very efficient, thorough and customer service was amazing. We highly recommend him. We were upset about the wait but once the technician arrived he made our wait time not so bad.
