Our technician, Mickey, was polite, professional and extremely helpful. He helped me set up the MyQ, which allows me to operate our garage door from my iPhone from anywhere in the world. This app also gives me up-to-the-minute stats on the door, its condition and other valuable info. I did find it necessary to clear the codes while reprogramming our cars’ HomeLink transmitters, and I needed Mickey’s assistance in reprogramming the outside keypad. He responded to my text within minutes, demonstrating he is willing to go above and beyond. I recommend Precision Door highly.

After discovering our 16-foot wide door on two-car garage would not open on account of a broken spring, I contacted Precision at about 2 p.m. on a Thursday and was advised they could have a man on the job between 3 and 5 p.m. At about 2:15 p.m. serviceman Rob called to advise he had finished a job earlier than expected and could arrive in about 20 minutes. After consultation, I elected to have cables and rollers replaced along with springs. Rob completed the repair work, adjusted belt tension and opener settings to the point where everything now works like new again, and was done by about 4:15 p.m. Very efficient and professional. Don't bother shopping around. If you need garage door work, call Precision.

A work in progress at this point. Referred by a neighbor - who has a much lighter door. Your tech arrived on time. Ready to work and polite, etc.. Assessed our situation, advised I needed a complete door tune-up with new springs, bearings, cables, etc., plus the door lift bracket I already knew about. Price was a lot more than my referral, but I have a heavier door. Then advised he did not have the necessary weight spring set for my door and would have to order from Orlando and delay until next week - plus would cost an addt'l $150. The initial price alone was more than I expected, but the price increase and delay gave me a pause. I have agreed to both and expect a completed job, on time, priced as agreed, with no more "ups". When that is complete,we may have a 5 star referral.

Job completed as per price quote. Had a delay for shipping the spring from Orlando warehouse, but Sharaad could not do anything about it. He came on time, ready to work, with the ordered part, and put everything together as agreed. Since we live in a hurricane vulnerable area i was surprised that your load out list for techs did not include the heavier spring set, and further, that you had to order from Orlando warehouse. Must be quite a few Cosplay Miami grade hurricane garage doors installed. Thanks.
