Wow, I called at noon for help with a broken, jammed garage door and the technician was at my house within two hours! Ron was friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed several options from repairing the broken part to replacing both of my garage doors. He helped me choose the best option for me today, rebuilding the broken door, within an hour he was finished, the door is working better than it has in years! He even took the time to lubricate my other door. Thank you!

Mike had a long day of issues that set him behind. He stayed until almost 9 pm to install my garage door opener and repair the damage. I would highly recommend this company based on him and his work ethic. Don't worry, we gave him dinner! He had a long day and another stop after he left my house. The tech came out after his normal work day had ended. He was very professional and friendly. He confirmed the trouble and made several recommendations and let me decide on what I thought was best. Josh got right to the job, it took longer to take down the old opener than to put up the new. Josh also explained every aspect of the new system and answered every question i had about anything. The garage door was apparently in worse condition than I thought. Just needed to quiet it down a little or so I thought. I was educated as to the working of the door. Needed a spring had the wheels replaced and now have the door running like new. Very pleased. Tech knowledgeable and reasonable prices.

I chose Precision, again, base on my first experience with them in Denver and I was not disappointed by the service I received this time either. I told the the technician, Neal, that I wanted a complete overhaul of the door's moving parts and he agreed with my assessment. He also pointed out a couple of things I had not considered. Neal did an excellent of job of explaining all details of the the estimate and at the end of the day, my door is performing perfectly and the cost was exactly as estimated. I highly recommend Neal and Precision!!
