PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY

We had some work done on our garage door in September, 2015. Chris,was the techncian for this job. A new belt driven opener replaced the old one. He went over all the parts and showed me all the new things this one did. I would give him a 5 star.

The company is a total sales trap. Tech instructed me my opener was shot as well as my door. He said all would need to be replaced at the cost of @ $2000.00 Long story short a honest company came in supplied and changed out the opener all for the cost of $300.00

Thorough with explanation of issues and cost options. Did not do a very good job of cleaning up as he was "late for next appointment" and had to leave. We did discuss the situation and I told him I would finish up for him, but disappointed in having to do this. The options on services and purchases below are incomplete and misleading. In addition to garage door repair, I had a key pad installed. In terms of purchases, in addition to new springs, I was sold on upgrade to "premium package" including rollers, cables, etc and purchased a key pad for outside the garage door.

We called Precision as our garage broken door springs needed attention. Our technician,Leigh, showed up early after calling to see if that okay. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. You could tell he took pride in his work. I would contact Precision again if the need arose.

Excellent Service Person. I resent the charge of $29 for the service call. The installation was done in May & I am under warranty for a year. Seeing the problem was caused through no fault of my own, it is unfair to be charged.

The scheduled appointment was handled professionally all the way. Rob called about 15 minutes before his arrival. When he arrived, he diagnosed the issue, was knowledgeable about how to fix it (motherboard/transformer) and performed the required repairs in 1/2 hour. Absolutely first rate!

Our Technician Casey was thorough and knowledgeable and took his time explaining potential issues and servicing the items we needed to service. We will definitely use Precision again. The only reason I wont give Precision a 5th star is because of the cost of programming remotes (that Inhad already previously bought). $45 to program 2 remotes (a 1 minute process) was a bit much.....

The Certified Tech, John A. was so knowledgeable, he explained all he was about to do with our garage door. Before John I was not able to manually open our door (too heavy), after John no problem opening it! I would absolutely recommend this company and definitely this technician.
