David was very efficient and did an excellent job on the replacement of the garage door springs and a new opener. His training was obvious in how he laid out his equipment and parts to work as efficiently as possible. He completed all the work, cleaned up and programmed the remote door openers and the car remote opener. This new opener is so much quieter than the old opener, it is amazing. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door work.

He listened to me and then diagnosed the problems I was having, door going up and down at a slight slant, cable getting wrapped in spring. He explained to me my 3 options without any pressure sales and then did the repair and was gone in just over an hour. Customer service was professional, the salesman was professional, and the two installers, one of which was the salesman, were professional. The installers removed the existing garage door, opener, and all its pieces and hauled them away when they left. They installed the new hurricane-proof, insulated 2-car garage door and opener with great care....a very 'clean' job well done. I appreciate that as I am trying to fix-up an outdated house and have had two instances where the repairman who did work in my home completed their work but marked up walls around where they worked. A third repairman set his dirty cordless drill on my leather sofa. I keep a record of businesses NOT to use again for this very reason. I'm very pleased with EVERYTHING about PRECISION DOOR SERVICE. I wish they also replaced other exterior doors and sliders. I'd use them in a heartbeat.
