Garage door motor stopped working, called Precision and they were out the next day. Rob Stephenson called and confirmed appointment and that he would be early. We discussed the process and the fee and agreed on replacement of the whole system. He was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable and very neat. He was done in about 1-2 hours and all was working great when he left. Mickey was here today. He recommended and did an overhaul on our door. We knew the spring was broken, but we had rusted parts, and the cables and drums needed replacement. Mickey did a great job in just about two hours, and we feel we got a good price. He also replaced our keypad. Our garage door is now smooth and quiet. What a difference! Other companies couldn't come out for a week. Mickey came the next day. We will definitely recommend Precision (and Mickey) to anyone who has a problem with, or needs a garage door.

His training was obvious in how he laid out his equipment and parts to work as efficiently as possible. He completed all the work, cleaned up and programmed the remote door openers and the car remote opener. This new opener is so much quieter than the old opener, it is amazing.
