The issue was that the garage door would not return to the set position, and would bottom out and reopen. The service technician arrived on time after calling first. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable about their equipment. After discussing options, it was decided to replace our 1/2 hp Linear unit with a 3/4 hp Genie belt drive. The installation was completed in an hour and a half, and that included setting up the remotes, mounting the outside keypad, replacing the safety eyes, and adjusting the spring tension. I was very pleased with the experience!

Sunday morning on my way to church. The garage door would not close, unable to even close it with the lever provided on the unit. After 30 minutes of trying to get this door closed so I could go to Sunday worship, I gave up, searched the Internet and found a same day 24/7 service. I called Precision. The young lady that I spoke with set up an appointment for me quickly. The service fee was so much less than I would have ever expected. Within a few hours a technician was there quickly looked at the situation and realized I needed a new motor and gave me a quote that I was very satisfied with and within an hour, I had a new motor and the garage door was quieter than it had ever been! The technician was very kind, polite, and informative. I know that when my other side goes out, this is a company that I will be using with a piece of mind!

They were able to come out the same evening and install a new opener, rails, support, wall unit, 2 new eyes for the door, oiled the rollers & balanced the doors and link our car mirror to the new opener. On 1/29/2016 Precision Garage Door replaced the Springs on both my Garage doors, so when I needed to replace both my 17 year old Garage Door Openers I called them again. On 04/13/2023, Bryan called and was able to start work earlier than scheduled. He and his trainee removed both of my old obsolete Garage door openers, and installed two new Garage door openers & accessories. Also replaced the bottom seals on both doors and lubricated the door hinges, rollers & cables. My Doors never ran this smoothly and they are so quiet too! Bryan is a true professional, his attention to detail during and after installation was very much appreciated. Very hard to find workers that care enough to do the job right the first time.
