I received a prompt same day visit. It was established that a support beam in the garage prevents a garage door opener from being installed, but the technician continued to work with me to find a solution to help me more safely close the garage door. He created a pull for me using one of my old extension cords. Works! And I am so grateful that he assisted me as a single senior in finding a work around. I highly recommend!

We chose Precision because we had used them before, and had excellent work done by them. They came within an hour after calling them in the middle of the afternoon. They assessed the problem very quickly, and told us of our options. We chose to replace the garage door opener with a new one. It was installed in about one hour. They saved the day, but they worked late to do it Great job! We would definitely call them again.

Your truck had every part and tool at their fingertips I run a $100M contracting group so I have a good perspective of construction. The technicians were friendly and seemed to be knowegable. They fixed the operation of the door except for one thing - operating the door from both car remotes is unreliable. When backing out or approaching the door, the remote has to be pressed numerous times to get the door to operate. That needs to be fixed. If Precision can't fix that, perhaps you could give us the name of a company that can. We would appreciate that. Thank you.
