Precision was really efficient and kept us informed of the appointment timing and even offered us an earlier time block which worked out great. Our, tech, Jesse, was very knowledgeable and explained all of our repair options. We were able to choose what would work best for us now and also understood what we might want to repair in the future to avoid another breakdown.

He had to work an alternative due to some construction in my garage but the alternative was perfect for my needs. He then installed it in a timely manner and taught me how to use the system. The men who came here for our repair was very helpful and did a very good job of caulking some areas of the door. They were very nice and polite also All they had to do for the door was some caulking of areas that were open, but they were very nice and helpful doing their job while here.

It all starts with the staff, Danielle was extremely kind and knowledgeable and worked with me through the three times they were here for all different things. She realized, that I have been a customer for a long time, and wanted to take care of me because I was buying individual services within one month, and it would have been more money for me that way and wanted to treat the situation like no other companies would have done! NO ONE ELSE would do that!...Thank you! Andrew and Arnold were talented guys, I have never seen more caring, knowledgeable guys that go over and above what you are expecting; Seriously, the Best I have ever hired for anything! I was on a cloud for a week, as I had expressed. I just kept repeating...I am just amazed!!!...Wow, !!!~ And I am not an easy person to please, because I know things, application and how I like things and like to be treated! Technician came out said that because the air conditioner handler was on the side of the garage couldn’t do an install. Even though I had another company come out prior indicated no issues with it. And even though precision came out years ago and said nothing about that issue.

First I knew all my garage door needed was to be adjusted. One spring and one cable to be done. I just figured I would call for a couple of estimates. You wanted $1200 for something that Uptown Garage Door did. They did all I ask for $89. That’s it. Customer for life with Uptown. This is without trying to replace parts that were not broken or still had life left in them. Also just a heads up the cost for replacing my springs when it comes to that 1/2 the cost of Precision.

Our 2007 noisy garage door opener broke and I called Precision to request a repair. I spoke to a very young lady on the phone who got us on their afternoon schedule. Tim came out and examined our garage opener and gave us several options. We decided we wanted the belt operated garage door opener instead of repairing our noisy chain one. Tim wasn’t pushy at all, he was very friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and after the install, he reviewed our new equipment with us and even took the time to sync our cars to the opener. Outstanding customer service. If we need help again, we will definitely call Precision and ask for Tim.

I called Precision late Thursday afternoon and told them I had a broken spring. Friday about 1:00 PM two men arrived, inspected the door, pointed out the causes for the spring to break. Replaced springs, pulleys, cables and rollers. They were very friendly, knowledgeable , and worked diligently. I am very happy with all service performed.

We had had one of our garage doors replaced just over 1 year ago and started having some minor problems with it staying down. Our Technician, Will Masten, was EXCELLENT! He was on time (actually a little early), was courteous, was knowledgeable, was trust worthy, and skilled. He quickly fixed our chief complaint, and then had suggestions for our other 3 doors. with NO pressure, he gave me my options, suggestions, and costs. He left our house having 3 perfectly working doors and the other functional and safe ( it needs a complete overhaul BUT we rarely use it). It was so nice to see a polite young man who took pride in his work doing a good job. He is a fine example of what a company needs to look for when hiring future employees and represents your company well.
