I called from a web site on my cell phone. I was extremely satisfied with the knowledge that Matt shared with me and my Grandson David. His attitude and demeanor were outstanding. What a great person to have had to come to our home....The work was done swiftly and he explained each and every problem and the solution to correct it. No sales pitch or pressure to select one item over another. The choice / decision was left up to me. I am very happy with the way my door works and sounds. Looks and sounds like new. I purchased this door April 23rd 2004. I am told I will have many many more years of problem free worries with this door....Many thanks to your company for such great service. Chris Carelas was our service tech....he actually arrived early for our appointment and completed early....Chris was very knowledgeable and informative while explaining what was wrong with our garage door. He gave three different options and was honest about how long each would last....at know time did I feel a high pressured sales pitch just facts which was very nice. All in all a great experience even though i"d rather not spend my money on a garage door....lol

I was impressed with the advertising campaign. I went online to its website and watched some very informative videos, I called, spoke with an operator who quickly arranged for an installer to come to my house and a short time later he had resolved all my issues. He was very helpful

Jeremy was at our house to fix our garage door, within a couple hours of calling to schedule an appt.! He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful by explaining what the problem was and even trying to adjust our old opener in hopes it would give us a few more years... but in the end we decided to go with the new opener. He had the opener working in no time at all, and did all the maintenance on our HEAVY door too! Everything works so nicely, and is extremely quiet, it closes and opens effortlessly with the adjustments he made. We are very satisfied with Precision and highly recommend them ( we also purchased our hurricane door from them several years ago!). And a special thank you to Jeremy for his expert care!

Fast, friendly, super professional! We had a new garage door put in. Our old door was a commercial roll up, and the guys that came to remove it had no problem taking it down. Other companies that gave us quotes told us we would have to pay extra to have the commercial door taken away, but not Precision. It was included in the price of the new door (which happened to be the lowest quote we got anyway!) The installation of the new door went fast and easily. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new garage door! These guys were great!

The new door we find is very good and it is even better with upgrade of a new opener, insulation and new fobs. Your technician Luke was excellent in every way, a credit to the company. If only other companies had young men like Luke the workmanship would be of a high grade. He was a pleasure to have at our complex, I can not give him enough praise for the excellent job he did. Great company ... have been using them for years. Had a small problem with garage door opener purchased a few months prior, Called them, and they were at my home a few hours later. Immediately solved the problem (bad wire) ... all under warranty and at no charge. Very competent folks and well-run company. It's what companies do when things DON'T go EXACTLY right, that makes all the difference. Highly recommend.

The 2 man crew (Carlos and Steve) were on time for a same day Saturday service call due to a broken belt. We had recently moved into the house and door and opener apparently was due for servicing. They performed the needed repairs. Very good experience.

I called PGD on Sunday morning and was told it would be that afternoon before the tech could make it. I was happy that I could get service so soon. They called back a short while later and had a tech at my house with in 2 hours of my calling. He showed me the problems with my door and gave me a price right there. It was a lot less than I was thinking. Any time I know anyone who needs service I will be sure to recommend PGD.
