We called Precision at 9AM and the technician arrived by noon. He gave us a thorough overview of the problem with our current motor and suggested various options to correct the problem. There was no hard sales pitch, just the information we needed to make an informed purchase. He was thorough efficient and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company.

Precision and the tech they sent, Bryan, did a great job! He installed 2 garage door openers, new rollers, key pad, wiring, springs and new interior control buttons. The doors work great and are so quiet. Bryan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He left the garage neat and clean. I give them 5 stars!!

Timeliness and friendliness of technician was very good. The cost of the parts as compared to prices on the web were extremely high, even figuring in the labor costs. Being charged 10 times or more than the web cost for the parts is taking advantage of a customer who is in need of prompt service. Too bad I didn't have the time or ability to research the invoice prior to the work being accomplished. For that I fault myself. I definitely hope I never need to call Precision again in the future, the charges and cost to a customer are way beyond reasonable. I could not ever recommend Precision to others. Do your research before accepting their work to be done, live and learn. Too bad this company charges unreasonable fees compared to local web research and parts research on typical costs for my type of repair.

Mike Graves from Precision came by today to replace a broken belt on our automatic garage door opener motor. Mike did an outstanding job. He explained all the steps as he was replacing the old dry rotted belt. I watched as he set the belt tensioner and adjusted the limit screws so the new belt would open and close the door correctly. I recommend Mike as skilled technician for replacing belts.

My technician was right on time. He checked out the problem I had which was a fried garage door opener. The home visit took about 5 minutes to diagnose and there was no charge which was outstanding because there was really nothing he could do for me at that point. I will definitely use Precision Garage next time I need service
