I can't even begin to say How Impressed I am with this company. When I called the office for the very first time I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgably young lady on the phone. Once the Technician (Wayne Madore) got to my condo he greeted me with a Hello and a smile, that goes a long way with me. Customer Service is Key and this company Nailed it!!!. Great Job Well Done!!! After receiving invoice I noticed I was charged more than 2 times the cost of the garage door opener that I could have bought at HD or Lowes, soured the whole experience of using Precision garage door. My fault I should have looked for another estimate. Thought they would be honest looking at other reviews. Live and learn.

Our door was making a horrible squeaking noise so I called to schedule a repair and you were able to schedule me the next day! Your technician; Christopher, called before arriving and when he did arrive was very quick making necessary repairs (just needed lubricated and he went over it with us so that we can do about every 6 mos). He was very professional and knowledgeable and now I remember why I had you install this door a few years back, great product, service and people. I won't go anywhere else!!!

Shortly after I called, a Precision service man arrived by the name of Christian Walker and was able to replace the rubber metal bottom of our garage door which was totally coming off. This was the most quickest and easiest home improvement I've ever experienced. From the beginning, when Melanie B. came to give the quote, she was prompt, friendly and very thorough in explaining and answering my questions. To completion, when Justin S. came to install the new single door, new Genie belt-driven opener and new wireless keypad. He too was prompt, courteous and asked if I had any questions before he began. He had everything installed within a couple of hours and showed me how all of the remotes and keypad worked, before leaving. I'm very impressed with their service and happy with my new door and opener. I will definitely recommend them to family & friends!

Had Precision come out to do what was necessary when the DOOR OPENER went out about two years ago. We were really pleased with the Technician 's thorough assessment with what the problem was and his quick, efficient impressive work. Having remembered that we had some water coming under the garage door and called Precision again to asses the problem. Arnold came out, listened to our concerns, assessed the couple issues to determine what was needed to correct the problems. Arnold presented himself Professionally, wore a mask to comply with the Covid-19 protective behavior, made his suggestions and quickly resolved our concerns. Will recommend Precision to friends and neighbors for dependable, affordable, efficient service.
