Robert came out to replace the weatherstripping on my garage door and perform some maintenance. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and a really hard worker. This is the first house I’ve owned and he took the time to show me the upkeep required to have the door continue to run properly. Overpriced for the work that was done. Weather stripping on two doors was over 400 and took less than an hour to install. Otherwise good service.

Tube rail was not installed to align with door arm causing the door arm to be kinked and out of alignment with tube rail by 3" when fully open. Door does not seal correctly at the top when closed. Not a winning recipe for professional installation at premium pricing for a product that should last another 20 years. Installer will need to return.

I don’t write reviews however Chris arrived earlier than expected and did a great job and showed extreme professionalism. I have no issues with the work done and I understand that prices have gone up due to Covid and the shortage of products but I urge people to do a little bit of homework and get quotes before settling. $1169.00 is what I paid for a Liftmaster 87504-267 which is my fault for not doing my research first. Again, Chris did a great job for the two hours he was here but do your research and get quotes first.

Glad I picked them. Service tech was great! The same one I had when I originally purchased my motor and keypad. I had an issue with the programming on my keypad dropping and they fixed it no charge for new piece of equipment and no service charge. It’s a detached garage with my car and opener inside so I was not able to leave. They were very prompt with arriving in the service window especially being it was 12pm when I called and they were here by 2pm. Highly recommend!

Charging $800 for the install of a new cute little 1/2 HP unit worth $125 is nothing short of robbery. Certainly this review will never see the light of day. Here's to hoping someone at Precision holds even the slightest level of ethics and attempts to make it right.

Precision is a reputable company that has been around a while. We came back from vacation and couldn’t get into the garage due to a broken spring. Baylor came out and went over all my options. We picked the higher grade springs because we feel better with a longer lasting spring. Baylor did an excellent job replacing all the broken and worn out parts and in no time had the garage door working again. If you want your garage door problem fixed right then don’t hesitate to call Precision.

Technician Brian did very good work installing Liftmaster 8550 belt drive opener and accessories. Installed cost for opener was $900 with the cost of opener being about $400 plus additional costs for remotes, keypad, and rail. Total labor time was approximately two hours. My summation is that I relied too much on Precision's reputation with a consequence of a very steep price paid for the work done.
