We have been a customer for over 20 years. When we first moved into our Carrollwood home back in 1995 we had the old heavy wood garage door. Precision has replaced one garage door for us, replaced a spring and frame when it broke and replaced a garage motor with an outside box to open the garage from the outside. First time using Precision Door company. Excellent customer service from when I called to set up an appointment, to the technician calling before coming and while servicing my issues. Adam the technician what an outstanding and pleasure to work with. He was easy to talk with and when reviewing all of the options he had he was detailed and answered any questions I had. The work he did was excellent and I was extremely impressed with he also went over what he sees may be an issue and showed me. He offered to write down those issues he say may be an issue in the future and will have them emailed to me.
