I had seen the trucks in the community I live in, Kings Point Sun City and your add was appealing..Keith your tech was very nice and explained the problem and he said he was fully equipped to fix the problem if I wanted it done today.....he did a great job, he works fast and knows time is money. I will admit, I was floored at the price, but what can I say..the problem is fixed and I will give your company and Keith a 5 star rating and recommend you to anyone who has a garage problem. Bryan, was very knowledgeable on the garage door opener we had replaced; which Precision installed 32 years ago along with the garage door, still actually worked fine!!! My wife and I figured we might better update it! We talked with Bryon and had the Belt drive, top of the line opener installed . We love it. It is so quite & smooth its remarkable ! Thanks again to the staff in having Bryon here in a couple hours . Your Team is the BEST !!!

Great job and good service. The installer, Tom Naporano, was courteous and explained the operation in great detail. We enjoyed meeting him. He was timely and called us with his arrival time which meant a lot to us. You simply don't get this quality of service everyday. We have had numerous jobs done on our home since moving in last year and this was one of the best experiences we've had. Thank you and we will definitely be recommending your company in the future. 5 star!!!

I was very impressed with Ryan. He made several adjustments to the opener and the sensors to make sure everything worked properly. He was very personable and took time to explain the workings of my garage door opener. He gets a 5 STAR rating from me!
