The tech arrived at the exact time ...and on a holiday week-end. He explained everything in detail to me and in a way I completely understood. He was courteous and very fast with the repairs. I would definitely use Precision again if needed....and would ask for ISSAC .He replaced the spring and did other repairs.

The Precision Door Technician, Matt Cipolla, that preformed the repair at my home was very professional and thorough. Matt called when he was approximately 30 minutes out from my home. When he arrived he wasted no time analyzing the problem. Made quickly provided me with 2 estimates on what it would cost to fix my garage door. One estimate was for a 1 year warranty and the other was for a 7 year warranty. Matt replaced the broken spring on my garage door and the second spring as well. After, Matt did some checks on my garage door, lubed up the joints, and recommended I replace the bad rollers. While replacing the bad rollers Matt stop to show me why the rollers were bad and compared a new know good roller to one he took off my garage door. It was more than obvious the rollers were bad. Matt made a final adjustment to the garage door and his job was complete. By the time Matt finished with my garage door it was working perfectly and going up and down quieter than I ever recall it working. Thanks Matt and thanks Precision.

The technician Mr. Mantsch is very savvy in his work, by explaining to me and my renter about what may be the cause of the remote not working, was enough for me to see that, yes this is a company that anyone would be very happy having a business relation with. However, unfortunately the owner of the dwelling has different insurance, therefore the job required was not performed. Precision are my choice for future jobs.

This morning I called Precision Doors to have someone come out and look at my garage door. The door had several problems one of which I needed a new garage door opener. I was so surprised when the repairman had not only everything they needed to repair my door but also a garage door opener that would work for me.
