We recently had an issue with our overhead garage door being inoperable. The failure happened on Friday evening...I called Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay first thig Saturday morning. I was met with a super friendly representative who informed me that someone could be out same day! Within 2 hours technician Robert Trotter arrived. He immediately began his investigation and found the issue straight away...broken overhead main tension spring. Upon Roberts investigation he discovered that there were bearings that were also old and misaligned. I requested that metal track wheels also be replaced...the door operation is very loud. Robert put together a work order showing me what must be replaced along with the additional work that would be optional. We opted to have all work completed. Robert was extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgably. ALL work was completed in the time discussed and the site was as it was before Robert started. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any and all work related to garage doors and for me personally...I will be requesting that Robert Trotter be my technician for any future work...if he is available. Thank you, Robert & Precision Team.

Nick was awesome! Very professional. Showed up when he said he would. Analyzed what was wrong with the door and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Door springs needed tightened, door down force needed to be reduced, hinges needed to be lubed because door was making loud screeching noise going up. Nick was a nice and personable young man and you could tell he had a lot of pride in doing his job. You have an excellent employee in this young man. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work.

I have used Precision several times including a new Genie door operator recently. Now, the bottom of my door was rusted out, likely due to its age, and a new door was required. Precision quoted a competitive price and was able to get the door installed in just a couple of days. The technician, Sherman is a very efficient and knowledgeable installer, no wasted motions, was done in less time than he estimated. When he was done, there was no sign he was here! Everything was cleaned up and loaded on his truck. I'd give him six stars if I could!

I wasn’t expecting to have a technician coming to my house at my own convenient time which is from 6-10 PM ON Weekdays due to work. CSR was courteous over the phone and scheduled me at my own terms. The technician was on time, polite, respectful, smart answering all my concerns and questions. Informing me that I can call the company 24 hours a day worry free. My garage door was making a horrendous amount of noise. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Mike was amazing - very friendly and professional. Explained what was causing the noise and presented the options to resolve the problem based on least expensive to highest. He got the job done in half the time he estimated it would take. He also left me a can of lubricant for the door and showed me where and when to use it. I am so pleased to have a quiet garage door now! Thank you, Mike!
