One day turnaround from time I called. Isak was very professional, friendly and detailed. My old Genie ckt board was intermittently acting goofy over the last few years. New Genie motor, belt and controls installed in just over an hour.... It's very quiet. They are a good company to deal with. Jeff

I do not want to give a review. I would like to see the invoice of the work done and that I paid for with a check. I was told it would be sent to my e-mail address. Where is it? When I pay over $1000.00 dollars for something I want to see the invoice and I don't appreciate you sending me a job to do.

Charged $50 for just an estimate. Which is sad. The technician seemed knowledgable and nice, but once my husband came home, he stopped talking to me, and would only talk to him even though I was standing in the same room. My husband had to stop him and be like - "you need to talk to her about it". The estimate was way over priced for what it should be. Over $700 for spring repair. And when I asked why it was so high, I was given the answer that "the cost of steel has gone up".... ? really? Anyhow. It's fine. I paid the $50 fee for the visit anyhow - I know they need the money to pay for that ridiculous hold music. lol.

I called at 11 am and by 2:30 Joushua was in my garage seeing if he could fix a 20 year old door opener. Did not hard sell me on a new one. Took his time and told me it could be fixed and had parts . I opted for a brand new one with key pad and remote. Joushua helped sync both cars too! A very very pleasant young man!

When Arnold Simpson showed up about 7PM this evening, our door was hanging at a very ugly angle. The problem was caused by a long handle leaning up against the track, when we hit the switch, the door practically fell out of what was left of the track. Arnold was extremely informative, and got us BACK ON TRACK a little after 8PM, and he pointed out a few areas we need to pay attention to down the road. We really appreciate the flexibility of the company. You're definitely worth the cost.
