Based solely on price--Zach was fine. The wire that you had previously installed last Nov. was no longer attached and had to be redone and it took him all of two minutes and the price was unreasonable. We do not believe that we had even banged it at any point or did anything to cause this. I understand that you have to charge a fair amount for what was done, but this is unreasonable considering that it may have been ultimately an issue with the previous instillation.

I've used Precision for a few years over a few homes now. The quality is very good but more importantly the customer service is top notch. I was working with Jess, he fixed my 1 year old system. Joshua even came early and, as it turned out the time was needed. I called because the door would not close but, of course it did when he looked at it. In any event I asked him to spiff up the door as it had not been looked at for several years. Turns out the springs were bad, and most of the hardware was past its useful life, including the opener. He was able to install the whole package on an 18 year old door in just a few hours. Obviously knew what he was doing and could not have been more helpful. Bravo Joshua!!!

The only complaint I have is that the call center should have an idea on pricing. I was quoted 65-118 dollars for the spring above the door to be replaced. When Mike showed up started to explain what the REAL price is. Not even close to what the call center quoted me. I think they do this just to get the tech out to your house. They definitely need to be trained to ask more questions about the repair that is needed. Not saying that they should know all aspects of garage door repair, but have BASIC KNOWLEDGE of what might be needed. The tech was very professional and friendly. But the call center really suck at their job. TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN the goofballs at the call center.
