This was an exceptionally good repair experience. Precision’s website is easy to use and thru it I made an appointment for service the following day. They keep you well informed by sending emails to detail the appointment time and also provided details on the Service Rep who would be responding. The initial call was due to a broken spring however after looking at the door more closely it was evident that just about every operating component of the door was worn-out due to 26+ years of service with little/no maintenance during that time. Travis Dobson, our Service Rep, provided us with details/cost for a number of options and explained everything in detail. The work was completed in a very short timeframe and Travis reviewed all of the changes upon completion. I highly recommend Precision and Travis to anyone needing garage door service/repairs.

Way over charged. Service guy seemed shifty & reluctant to explain what repairs were needed & what the cost was. He ended up charging us $280 to put 10 rollers in. Average price is $85-$115. Feel foolish for ever calling them for an estimate. Never again.

The door opener in my vehicle was not communicating properly with opener in the garage. Luke asked if he could check to see if anything electrical in the house was interfering with the signal. My wife had purchased an odor infusor that was not working right. It was unplugged and problem solved. Thanks Luke. Very professional and knowledgable.

because i had you here before twice now your technican charged me a different price then what i was quoted from your office plusmy receipt he tried to give me was not showing most of everything except the charge of 151.96 he did not tell me the break down of the remote he replaced until after the work was completed n pushed it back on the office i was quoted 60.90 . plus he did not give me the 5percent until i reminded him not at the moment i am not satisfied with what he did 3 times overall i am upset with this whole situation i want the 30.00 refunded to my credit card n i will pay the difference on the bill .right now i am going to give you a bad review until i get that credit back n put a complaint in the mans name is arnold simpson he reprogramed my code on the door opener.
