Wayne called before arriving to make repairs. This was a same day service call, thanks to Jessa in the office for arranging an appointment first out on the list. Wayne completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Although these repairs can be pricey, I did receive a veterans discount which helps. Overall I am completely satisfied with the service call and the repairs. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of repairs to their garage door.

The technician Josh Hink that came out was the best. His customer service is far superior than anybody I have dealt with. He explained everything that he was doing in great detail and also explained what happened in great detail as well. I have over the years (16) always used Precision. They initially put in the doors and called. Every time I have had an issue - they responded quickly, did their work (didn't try to upsell me on stuff). If I asked - they had an answer. Always dressed great, trucks are taken care of, and do a great job and quick. This time around - the work was under warranty - which they brought it up - not me. Wouldn't use anyone else. The tech was excellent. He had great words about working there. Rare - only service people I've had out that liked their company. As he said "best company I've ever worked for."

Boy what a predicament! Painted my garage door yesterday and today no matter what I did I could not open my door. For the life of me I just couldn’t figure out why. Who would think that between the painters tape and the paint itself that’s what caused the problem. I was totally embarrassed. Well here comes Nicholas to the rescue! Took off the tape and wa-la the door opens! I am ever so grateful! Thank you Nicholas! And a great big thank you to the company for not charging me. My installer, (Travis), was very efficient, courteous, and professional. He gave me several options regarding repair or replacement. I decided to replace rather than repair, without sales pressure from Travis. I added the battery backup. Travis called his manager to see if a deal could be made to decrease the cost of that equipment, and I was able to get the battery backup for a reasonable price. I felt that not only was Travis a professional installer, but he honestly made me feel that he had my best interest in mind. I would never have another company work on my garage doors again. TOP NOTCH company and staff.

I called Precision to fix my garage door. Michael Boyle came out and lubricated the door and made a few adjustments to the overhead. He told me the spring in the door is getting ready to go which is why the overhead is struggling to pull the extra weight. He was very friendly and went beyond expectations when he programed the built-in remote in my car. I would have given him five stars but the initial quote for repairs he gave me was over $1,000. When I balked at the price he said he must have misunderstood my needs and gave me a more reasonable quote I could afford. In the end, everything got fixed and is working fine again. We'll see how long the spring lasts.
