I have used this company previously with complete satisfaction. The service today was excellent - the technician arrived on time, introduced himself and we went to the garage so I could tell him my needs. He listened carefully and then examined my garage door opener, explained what my problem was and informed me of the options. I asked many questions which he expertly answered. I decided on the option that fit my needs, and he went to work installing my new garage door opener. I am more than very satisfied with the total outcome. Yes, I will call them again if I need their help.

We are Repeat Customer's and today is Another Reason why. Called for a Tune up knowing something was wrong with the Garage door. We ended up having Luke R. replace the Motor, springs,Rollers and remote. Luke had Everything ON his truck and completely rebuilt our Garage door and by himself finished it Today! The young fella Cody, that came as soon as I called in. Saturday evening no less ! Amanda in the office was great as well. When Cody arrived he introduced himself, and then asked me to show him the concern. He evaluated and gave me a price and within 1 hour, Cody was all done. Cody also lubed all my rollers, asked about the age of the door. Explained the benefit of the neoprene wheels and how quiet they would be. I explained it may be a couple of years before I really needed them, but I would have Precision do the upgrade. I am completely satisfied and will highly recommend Precision Door. Thanks Guy Denig

I can't find the words!! I am disappointed, disgusted, sickened, and many more disapproving words!!!!! I cannot believe how ripped off I feel!!! For starters I was sold a garage door opener for $774 that I found at lowes for $159. I found garage door springs at home depot for $100 a pair and they charged me $920. Was charged $350 for GDO installation. For the most part the tech was very professional, but he left my door button falling off the wall. So I got on a live chat that night and they assured me a supervisor would call me back. They didnt. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. WELL, MAYBE AN ENEMY. So I have a $1,860 bill to pay when it should have been around maybe $700 if that. 4 words come to mind. Ripped off and highway robbery. I am going to let everyone that I can what you did to me. Going to talk to the better business bureau on MONDAY!!!

Josh arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my door reversing when it came down. New springs and bearings and an adjustment to the down stop resulted in a quieter door. This fix will also result in the motor not having to carry the full weight of the door with the now correct springs. Highly recommend!

My garage door opener of 20 years stopped working on a Saturday, but Precision was out in about 3 hours and had to put in a new opener. Tech was friendly, competent and was able to get costs lowered. Only took about an hour to install. I am pleased with service and product.

Called for appointment to repair bad belt on garage door. Receptionist said they could send someone out the same day - called several other companies it would be 3-5 days before someone could come out. Brian Harmon came out several hours later examined my door and gave me estimates for minimum required for service, medium or long term repair. All work and adjustments were done quickly and professionally - same day. Now my door works better than new. Thanks Brian!
