When my garage door opener broke I called Precision and the person who answered was very friendly and helpful. She set up an appointment after hours so I didn't need to leave work. I was running late as I had a last minute issue at work and the technician, Jose was very understanding and nice about it. He was very pleasant and professional. He got right to his work, was neat and did a great job in no time. I would recommend Jose to anyone. (Jose Rosario)

When I called and made the appointment I asked if there were any additional charges beside the price of the springs and I was told no that everything was included. After the job was completed, I was told there was A $20.00 field charge. I was not happy with that charge.

There was some initial communication issues. First the email notifying me of the appointment did not identify the service person, although it said his name would be there. Then when he was held over at the prior customer's garage no one let me know. Once here and on the job we identified the broken part which he replaced, then while testing it he identified the "root" cause which may go back to the initial installation 25 years ago.

I called. A sales rep came out , I explained what I wanted .He told me my options and I choose a new door. A date for installation was set up. I got a call the day before with a time frame. The installers showed up on time and had the door in within 2 hours. Every one I dealt with was friendly , courteous and helpful. I am very happy with the door and would recommend Precision Garage Doors to friends.

My husband had trouble with the garage door and couldn't open it up. Precision came and checked out the entire garage and didn't see anything wrong with it and did not charge for the visit. I am very happy things are working and they were so understanding and didn't charge for the visit!

The technicians arrived towards the end of the appointment window of 2pm to 6 pm on a Sunday. I appreciated them coming on a Sunday since my car was trapped. What I was not expecting was the cost of the job and the evaluation of my door and its equipment which indicated that there were numerous items needing replaced. When faced with the cost for all of the items I could have purchased a new door. I declined anything other than the replacement of the springs. I went online later and priced similar services from other companies and found that your rates are at the top of the pricing scale and in my opinion too high. In addition for the price that was charged the technicians should have at least lubricated the door and the springs. What was accomplished was the springs were installed and they did check out the Garage door opener to ensure it was properly raising and closing the door. I filled out the satisfaction form for the technician and was grateful for his quick fix for the replacement of the springs and rated them high. In hind site I believe for the costs I should have received a higher level of service. I will not be using your company again.

I selected Precision because of the A+ (BBB) rating and also recommended on Emily's List. I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Precision around 4:00 pm on a Sataurday with my problem. The response time was great. They set me up with an appointment on the next day...Sunday. Lloyd Tanner (technician) arrived right on time, which is a big deal for me. He was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with the work he did. I will recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors. Thank you for your service!
