First let me say, the tech you sent was very knowledgeable and helpful. No complaints there. However, one year and 3 months ago we had a linear opener installed by your company. We were told at the time it was a lifetime warranty. The tech that initially installed did not inform us that the electronics were only guaranteed for 1 year. Lo and behold, 3 months after one year, the circuit board blew. 3 MONTHS & you're not honoring the opener. If you honor your customers why were we charged $200.OO. NOT VERY good business practice. I will be informing everyone in our community of this.

We certainly warranty our products with the longest warranties in the industry because of the added quality that we install. Many of our customers that live in areas prone to such environmental factors often install simple surge protectors. Excellent service!!!! Quite expensive parts for a simple wall panel and a Liftmaster battery!!!!!! Forgot to get the technician to program the remote control for the car!!! Service man was very professional!!!!!

I have seen your ads on tv and saw your ads in the paper and when we had a terrible lightning storm and my door wouldn't operate , I got out the morning paper to look for the ad and called and your serviceman Lee was here with in 15 minutes. Guess I lucked out. He was a gentleman and felt very comfortable with his knowledge and handling of his job. On a scale you are a 5 for sure.

I was very disappointed to find out I would be charged a $25 fuel charge, In ADDITION TO the $29 service charge. I was not informed of this fee when I made the appointment on the phone. A very nasty surprise.

5 stars for the employee servicing our garage door. We felt that the pricing for the parts and service were a bit pricey because we compared prices with other companies including the manufacturer and on the parts and they were cheaper. Overall we were satisfied and chose Precision Garage doors because of its reputation.

The technician was great. I initially just wanted the key pad, but he pointed out the worn out garage door springs and rollers. He fine tuned the doors. There is a noticeable difference in how the door operates and they are much quieter when opening and closing. I would use Precision Garage Door again!
