From the time they had come to the house, to make a repair, till just today .The service and Professionalism,amaze me. I had called them for a door spring repair. Now the door is 30 years old. they gave me an estimit and all they stated was was i knew was bad with my door . So from that alone i knew i wasn't getting any bull. I had them Install a new door . The install was fast ,and very clean job. I had a noise in the door ,called and they came right out to do a warr repair. Again the Tech they sent Professional,, Well THANK YOU for taking GOOD care of me and my Door

I would completely recommend this company. This is the 2nd time that I have needed their help and they have very qualified, prompt service. My tech was Joshua Figueroa, he went above and beyond to explain everything to me and didn’t seem rushed even though this was a extremely late night call. He stayed and made sure that my garage door was working perfectly, it actually is quieter than it has ever been. If I could give this company and Joshua a higher score, I absolutely would. Because it was a simple adjustment and we are regular customers, there was no charge even tho the technician did make a house call. He even adjusted the tension of the door springs to improve their function. We thought that was really nice of the technician and the company.

I was very impressed with the fact that I was able to get an appointment in one day. I was concerned about our garage door which was 30 years old and with the hurricane season upon us. It’s a good thing we did because Chris Burdge who did the estimate showed us that we had been running with a broken spring and a very frayed cable that could’ve snapped anytime. Initially Seth showed up to do the repair replacement and was joined by Luke. I sat in the garage and watched. It was amazing how these guys worked like a well oiled machine in both removing the old door and installing a new one. 10 stars for you guys. A great job.

Altho the tech told us the motor was bad, when garage door was installed they did not install new motor. We do like the steel door an its much quieter than the old one.

we just purchased our home a month ago, and a small accident over the weekend caused a major issue. We called Precision first thing this morning and were able to have someone come out this afternoon! The service tech was able to come out earlier than scheduled, and listened to my sob story. Mike was unable to repair it as quickly as he first thought, but informed me of all of our options before getting to work. He worked quickly in this heat, in a closed garage, and put up with my kids running back and forth talking to him. Mike was in and out in what seemed like no time! Thanks Mike, and Precision!

Precision Garage Door is an absolutely fantastic company! Our garage door opener suddenly decided to stop working, and they had someone out the same day. The technician, Jordan (A) Tompkins was extremely polite and cooperative, and figured out the problem right away. The motor had failed, and it was replaced with no cost to us due to the 7-year warranty on the unit (previously installed by Precision). Kudos to all involved!!!
