I had this company replace a spring before and knew I could trust the workmanship. This time I needed a new garage door opener and new heavy duty springs. Brian was the installer, checked everything and gave me two estimates for my choice. I selected the best one and Brian went right to work. He was finished in about 2 hours and set the programing (car too) for the inside and outside remotes. He was very efficient and it was a job well done.

First of all, Precision was on time (actually ahead of the appt. time). Being on time seems to be a rarity in the service industry. Secondly, the technicians (Bob & Christian) were friendly and knowledgeable. Thirdly, Bob was very clear to me on what was going on with my 15+-year-old garage door opener and what my options were for fixing my issues. Fourthly, the technicians knocked it out of the park. They told me 4-5 hours for the fix and completed the work in half that time. Lastly, before leaving Bob took the time to take me through a quick how-to on garage door maintenance. He could have just left but took the extra step which shows great customer care and service!
