We are very happy with the service that your company gives. Our door spring broke after 8 PM on Saturday. I chatted with Cameron on your website chat section. He set up everything for Travis to come and repair our door at noon today. Cameron and Travis were both very professional. We now have new springs, cables, rollers, and bearings. We also now have a seven-year warranty. Thank you for doing things the way that you do. i give you 5 stars and an extra gold star for Travis and one for Cameron.

Same day service (I should have called sooner!). Keith and his associate worked in horrible heat and humidity and gave me all of the options. In the end, the motor was fried and they had to replace the system but it was an incredible improvement over my old store bought system. They even programmed my "clickers" and helped me connect to the "MyQ" app on my phone! They were courteous, friendly, and professional.

I was very pleased with the quick response I received from Precision. The tech called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive, which is what the receptionist I spoke with at the office said he'd do. My technician was Josh, he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He did the exact work he said he'd do and he did it for the price he gave me. He was prompt, cleaned up after he was done, and took the time to show me how the new opener, outside wall remote, and fob worked. I would most definitely recommend Precision to any one looking for a reasonable price and good work.
