Garage Door Opener needed to be replaced. Service was prompt and excellent. Mike Wallace and his helper explained what the options were. I was able to select what would work for me. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that later that evening a good friend said she had recently had to replace her opener and the price she quoted was significantly lower. Maybe she had a friend who could install it. But other than that I am pleased.

Our overhead garage door came off its track. Our Service Technician, Jeremy, was well spoken, very knowledgeable and professional in repairing my existing garage door and then giving it an overall "tune-up". It now operates better and quieter than it ever has!

I like to say that I choose Precision because of their reputation and quality of service. A few years ago I had installed two new wall mount 8500 garage door openers by their Senior Technician John Tsangarinos who gave me the peace of mind I was looking for in a garage opener. When our home lost power last week and the openers didn't work Precision sent John to our home. Once again John was their to solve the problem. I can't say enough how much it means to have a reliable company like Precision to be there we you need them. Thanks again John! Thanks Precision!!

We were very impressed, Keith was wonderful, he explained everything in detail and was very patient with my husband who has a hard time hearing and speaks slowly. The tech, Carlos Morales, tried to up sale on everything; bearings and springs, opener, not sure if they needed them or not but went from a phone estimate of $120 to $240 all the way up to $650, tech was telling me he couldn’t guarantee this is going to work more than a day or a week with old bearings and you will have to do this all over again. I did not even price the opener because I knew it would be high. I just had the springs replaced and they were the highest price from the phone estimate, then they added fuel surcharge, WTF price of fuel is the lowest it has been in 10 years and then they topped it off with adding a 7% shop fee and in which they even charged 7% of the fuel surcharge as well. None of this was explained or mentioned at any time... Went from $240 to $278.20, I hope at least the work was done right. Last time I will call this company!
