What an amazing experience! On August 31, 2018, Labor Day weekend, my garage door opener broke. I contacted the Clearwater call center and was able to obtain an appointment for the following day, Saturday morning. The technician/installer, Chad, called 20 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, I found him to be professional, kind, understanding, and helpful. He determined the garage door motor was broken, the springs were no longer functioning, and the rollers were not usable. He presented all possible repair/replacement options. We opted for a new motor, a belt vs. chain drive, and replacement springs/rollers. Chad made all repairs and installed the new items. He thoroughly reviewed the functionality of everything from the new remotes, the manual lock, the new panel/buttons, and the sensors. He honored the coupons I presented and even reprogammed my vehicle remote and wall keypad. I coudn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Highly recommend!

We have seen your advertising and trucks in our neighborhood. Called another firm we worked with in the past, left message but they never returned the call. Called Precision next and everything was positive. Conversations and follow up from administrative staff were first class. Our technician "Chris" was awesome. Very professional, enthusiastic and a very hard worker. This morning I noticed your peel off coupon on the Tampa Bay Times ….. Looks like we could have saved $100 if we waited another day? Sure wish Chris would have known about that?

I saw a commercial on tv. I called. Someone called within 20 min if not sooner. Made an appointment for same day from 12-4. Someone was here within the hour. It was around 11:30 when I called. The return call, appointment, estimate, and repair was done by 2:00. If there were more stars I would give more than a 5 star. The guy that came out w as s very professional and nice. We were very please with our garage door repairs performed by Chris Carelas today. Chris was early, very polite and honest. He replaced our 9 year old worn springs and the 6 year old tattered belt on our opener that was ready to pop. We depend on our garage door working properly since we use it about 12 times a day and do not like to park our car outside of the garage for many reasons. Chris got the job done in about an hour in extreme garage heat and gave us a 5 year guarantee on parts and labor. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Chris Carelas for any future repairs. He is a dedicated family man and conscientious worker. Thank you.

Was quoted $130 on the phone for a brokengarage door cable. When the repairman arrived he said my spring was rusty and quoted me $730 to repair a 32 year old garage door. I declined and then was charged a $50 charge for this outrageous quote. They never mentioned a $50 trip fee. Another company came out today and fixed my cable for $110.00 Not happy with Precision.

Availability (24/7) certainly is a plus. There was a Precision sticker w/phone number on the inside of my door. Previous home owner had repair work done in 2015. Called on a Saturday afternoon and there was no extra fee. They had a tech come out the same day. Isaac called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem of a small wire being disconnected and fixed it quickly. My wife is happy she can park in the garage and I'm happy it was so easy and that I picked the right company. Anytime I need garage services, I'm calling and asking for Isaac.
