Travis came out to look at my garage door opener. Lightning had hit my garage and when the door went wacky, instead of shutting off the breaker, I panicked and cut a wire, which stopped it. After examination of my motor, Travis said the wires got burnt and it was no longer available because of its age, so no parts either. He gave me a quote for a new one but cautioned me before he left on the rusty springs and said, they will have to be replaced as well. Very nice and very informative! Not like the regular guys that come out, he looked me directly in my eyes and made sure I understood the whole thing. I will do business with them again. Great customer service, same day I called!

Because Precision was the company that installed the garage door 10 years ago and they did a good job doing so. Jeremy Rossi came out to fix our door which, for some reason, suddenly didn't want to respond to the buttons that open and shut it. He not only did a good job fixing the problem, he also explained to us every issue he was repairing. A very good employee.

Awesome service as always! Tech called prior to arrival and on time! And….this was a warranty job. My garage door stopped closing. Turns out one of the safety sensors wore out. The Tech replaced both sensors for free. I will only use Precision…their desire to do their absolute best should be adopted by others.

The folks from Precision updated my old garage door motor and drive system and what a difference it makes. My old door system kept going out of alignment and the roller bearings were making lots of noise. I called Precision and was fortunate to have a technician finishing a job in my neighborhood. He arrived in about fifteen minutes and proceeded to inspect the door and tell me what was wrong with it and gave me a number of choices for repair. He was very professional and informative and I decided to have the motor, drive system, and bearings replaced. I was happy to find out he had everything to do the work on his truck and 2 hours later I had a great door system to use. Thank you!
