Although there may have been some issues to repair after the recent install, I appreciate the company's response to rectify the problem. From the service reps on the phone to Luke, your repair specialist the problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. I appreciate the patience of your phone team with their professional handling the complaint from my tenant. Also I cannot say enough about Luke being an asset to your firm. He is very diligent, efficient, thorough and persistent about checking all aspects of analyzing the install and taking all the actions needed to rectify all the issues with the door, cables, lift motor adjustments and lubrication.
