Excellent service as usual. I recall shortly after a new garage door and remote door opener was installed almost 2 years ago, there was a very slight unusual sound when the door would close. The technician came back out and the only comment I've remembered them saying was, "Don't worry. We will make it right." and they did. Excellent service!

I’m partially deaf even with hearing aids. Also, while the technician was there I was trying to navigate the online learning platform and assist my elementary students. The technician went out of his way to work with my challenges. I was given several options to fix the garage door and the options were clearly explained. The technician was very professional and took care to practice the social distancing guidelines. I used Precision previously to install a garage door and thought of this company 1st when I accidentally broke this one. I couldn’t be happier with their service!

I had another excellent experience with Precision. First the quick response, from the customer service over the phone at the office to technician in the field. Wesley was so easy to work with, he would go out of his way to explain my door needs and the options that were available.
