Outstanding response and service! Arnold was very knowledgeable on the products. Provided us w multiple options/quotes for what suited our particular needs. Informed us and walked us through all the work he completed. He also educated us for quick checks if something goes wrong in the future He cleaned up the little debris he had but he even swept out the garage before he left!! Even programmed my vehicle for us! I will recommend Precision (and Arnold) to all my neighbors. Will continue to use them for any future issues!

Service was excellent, we had Christian repair our door. He did a complete analysis and talked to us about the overall health of the parts that wear out. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us so that we could make a decision. We called at 11:00 on a Saturday and he was at our at 4:00pm. He was quick to get everything completed and we are very satisfied. I would recommend this company and Christian.

The technician (James) called ahead to alert me of his arrival. He was polite and cleanly dressed. Though present for routine door checkup, James pointed out potential door failure problems and ended up replacing springs and cables on our big garage door. The door now operates more smoothly (and safely). Technician seemed like a perfectionist, which I appreciated.

About a year ago we had Precision out to install a new garage motor and repair a damaged garage door. At first I thought maybe it was a little pricey but the installer assured me that if anything went wrong they would come out to fix it and that it would be covered under the warranty. Well, today we had them out because part of the older garage door track had gone out of whack and sure enough they stood by their word. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done by knowledgeable, professional installers and great products that they stand behind.

Precision was recommended to me by a family member and I was not disappointed. I recently moved into a house with one opener and wanted to install a second on the other door. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and had a technician out ahead of schedule. I was presented with multiple options and my technician, Craig Earle, was able to explain what each one was and what I could address at a later date. Craig was courteous and professional and did an excellent job on the install. I would definitely recommend precision to anyone looking to have garage door work done.

Showing up quickly is the only reason I gave any stars. The technician tries to tell you that you need to replace everything. The parts are marked up unbelievably. He also wanted to charge us 200 to grease the rollers and bearings. It actually does not work as well now as it did before the belt broke. I would not use this company again.

I had an excellent experience w/ Precision. I called to schedule an appt at 10:30, and they were able to come out within 2 hours. Prior to having problems with our Garage Door another Precision Door customer had the same problem. She stated how pleased she was with their service. We have also seen the TV advertisement and Bill Boards. The Rep showed up as scheduled and resolves the problem. My issues with Precision Door was the difference in the cost quoted to replace the Door Spring on the phone and what I had to pay at the end of the visit. Naturally the Rep found and replace other parts such as rollers and hinges but charged 3 time the cost of these items than Home Depot. My cost went from $125 quoted to $600 at end of visit.
