Craig Earle came to check out our door. It wasn't closing correctly. He provided feedback on the current condition and tested the connections. We had a 4 hour window, and he was actually a bit early (which never happens). I have used Precision in the past, and am very happy with the service.

I choose Precision because of their reputation and warranty on their work. My technician was Jose Rosario & he not only answered all my questions but explained everything to me. My repair man was good from the time I saw him out in public. I approached his truck and asked him if they service on Sundays he said yes and gave me a card. Within 20 minutes he was at my house for repairs. Very engaged with the entire family. Thank you!!!

I called Precision to check out the operation of my garage doors. I had had a broken spring replaced by another company and the door had begun to make a loud sound as it opened. Ryan Goodman showed me why the door was making the noise. It was totally unbalanced and the wrong size springs had been installed. He rebuilt the rollers, replaced the springs with the correct size and replaced the bent shaft. The double door is remarkably easier to lift and open and the door's operation is quieter and easy to open.

My spring snapped and the door came crashing down. Precision showed up ahead of schedule and Tom was very friendly. Tom was able to save the door and installed new springs and a new opener to replace my 13 year old cheap contractor's grade opener for less than what I was expecting. The new belt drive opener and nylon coated wheels are extremely smooth and quiet.

Nothing worse than in the middle of a busy Saturday afternoon to have your garage door break! It was such a relief to know that we were going to be able to get it repaired and within hours - without having to pay an exorbitant weekend/evening charge. Super pleased to know we have a seven year warranty too - that helps us feel better about the choice we made to call Precision. The emailed receipt, with the attached report is nice also. It helps give us an idea of our garage door's condition - hopefully we can avoid a surprise like this again. Communication was A+ - another plus. Thanks for sending Zach out to us to save the day. We are very pleased.
