great job by james mantsch . he shared good information , which helped me make an informed decision regarding whether to repair my current unit or buy a new unit at Lowes and install it myself. Also great job on his part in contacting chamberlain directly and getting original parts covered under warrantee . That sealed the deal . I would give James a 6 star rating if I were allowed. I attempted to call James Rapp to share this opinion , but was unable to be connected.

we didn't have much notice when our garage door spring just broke trapping our cars in the garage. We found Precision in an online search and we are glad we did. They fit us in for service quickly and the technician,Chris Carelas was qualified and friendly. He explained what he was doing and did point out some other issues with the door that could use repair. We would recommend Precision Garage Door Service in the future.

We kept seeing the Precision ad on television. When the garage door spring broke yesterday, my husband had just seen the Precision ad again on television and he said he was going to call. In the meantime, I told him that I would check on line to see what company was available in the Lutz area and lo and behold Precision popped up. I gave my husband the phone number and he called and scheduled the appointment. As the TV ad promises, Precision was there that same day. Precision's service man, Jimmy Johnson, was very nice and very thorough in explaining the issues with our garage door. Although, I was taken aback by the cost of the repair, Mr. Johnson explained to my husband and me all of the parts that needed to be replaced. While Mr. Johnson was still here, I called my daughter who lives close by and told her what happened to our garage door and what the repair would cost. I told her that we were not aware that we had to spray lubricant on different parts of the garage door to keep it in good maintenance. As the old saying goes..."You should never assume". To continue, my daughter also was having issues with her garage door and Mr. Johnson said he would waive the taxes if she made an appointment with him today since he was in the area. My daughter did just that. I would recommend Jimmy Johnson again to anyone who needed their garage door repaired. The only thing that I regret is that I did not think to ask if Precision offered a senior's, or a military discount which may have saved us more money. Below, is a selection from "Purchase a new Product?" Although, we purchased several replacement parts for the garage door, we could only select one item, so I selected Springs, since this was the item that broke and prompted our repair phone call.

We had an issue with our spring being broken. I called at 8:30am and Matt was at our house by 10am the same day and the problem was corrected by 11:30am. Matt explained all the options and didn't just quote the highest cost repair. He was very professional and friendly. The work was completed the same day and at a reasonable price. I would like to commend Cory for his excellent job at the repair of our garage door. As soon as he entered our garage he started to assess the garage door and found out the problems... being the bearings and the torsion springs. I could see him sweltering in our garage as he did his work. He is very precise in doing his job and is truly courteous and friendly in answering my multiple questions regarding the bearings and the springs. What I like the most is his process of checking his finished work and showing us the results of the new bearings and new torsion springs giving our garage door a smooth opening and closing.
