Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

I have used Precision previously for garage door repairs at my home. On Saturday, my wife called me to report that the Garage door spring had broken, and was unable to open the door. As soon as I returned home, we called Precision, and made arrangements for repair today. This afternoon, we were called by Michael Wallace (not the TV Celeb) and shortly afterwards He arrived at our residence. Mike's work was impressive! He performed the repair VERY quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. He was also very personable. Our experience today was VERY positive. Mike represents Precision Garage Door very well, and should be recognized for his efforts!
