Alex did a great job with very quick response. I have watched their commercials for years and the respect they show for veterans is impressive. A lot of their employees are veterans. Since my garage door had a problem on a weekend, no extra charge for “after hours” service is appreciated.

We had an emergency and called Precision, the person who answered the phone was polite and professional. We explained that the garage door was unuseable and we needed to use the car in the morning. It was about 5 o'clock in the afternoon at this time. They said that it was possible to send someone that night to fix the problem and within an hour the employee called and was on his way to our home. He looked at the problem and was able to fix the door and started to work right away. Within two hours the door was fixed and working fine. Thank you Precision and Thank you Mr. Sean Wolf for your great service. I would recommend Precision to anyone for their great service and professionalism.

Several amazing things about this company and the service they provide 1. Impact/Hurricane rated doors for a reasonable price, I appreciate that my family and home are protected. 2. So stylish! We chose black doors with right aligned rectangular windows to complement the mid century modern renovation we are are doing to our home. They are GORGEOUS! 3. Melanie, my project advisor, and the two gentlemen that installed the doors were amazing. Melanie provided detailed information about the doors and installation process. Grant arrived about 9 p.m., and looked very tired. I was hoping -- for his sake -- that this would be a quick job. It wasn't. Grant kept plugging along and did a superb job of getting our old door, with 25 year old parts, working better than anytime in the past two years that we have lived here.
