He has a positive attitude and provides great customer service explaining what our options were. Jeremy even showed us the features of our new door and programmed the remote control in my car. on June 24, 2024 I had Precision repair my garage door because it would not go up. My car was stuck in the Garage and pulling the rope to manually open it failed too. They came out Monday morning because I was able to reach their office on a Sunday to make and appointment. The service was professional and it only took and hour to install new springs, and bearings. Precision's service is always first rate I appreciate the company coming out early Monday and they have a Sunday answering service that was able to setup appointments. This is the second time I used them and they respond quickly and the workmanship to superior as well as their service technicians.

Great job replacing my garage door motor! The response time was unbelievable, within 2 hours of my call they were were at my house, then in about an hour the job was complete! Keith A did a excellent job and I even got a motor upgrade because he didn't have the one I wanted on the truck.
