The advertising stating 24/7 service and the reviews for this company made me confident. The technician Daron "Craig" Earle called me to let me know his schedule and when he would be here, and again, when he was close by. Everything was good except the 15 to 20 holes drilled into my garage ceiling trying to find a stud...They do make stud finders for that. I took some pictures but there's nowhere to post them here. I'll have to fix the holes on my next day off.

We call out Precision to look at our Garage Door as it was not closing correctly. John and Mickey came out and diagnosed the problem literally within seconds and fixed the problem immediately. We were also glad that when we purchased the new opener we got the warranty which came in handy today as this visit cost nothing! My garage door opener would no longer close without holding the button down. James saw that one of the sensors was burned out due to water. James performed an assessment of the condition of the door and how to stop the water from coming in. I now have a garage door that works like brand new. James was very friendly and knew his job.
