John was professional and very pleasant. He called prior to arrival and was able to do all the repairs/upgrades in one visit. He even put your company sticker right on the garage door with the date of service. I hope I do not need that info anytime soon but if I have to call I will be able to give you that info without looking it up.

Our Horman door was sold to us by Precision, so to whom else should I go to get it serviced? Love the door, even if it crunched me once after a lightning strike and cost me an upper distal tendon in my right shoulder. The service provided by Carlos Morales on 5 August was most excellent. He diagnosed the problem (jerky opening of the door), offered two prescriptions for the cure (two options on spring replacement before the motor would be compromised), and he executed the choice made rapidly. The springs were en route to being broken and he prevented the failure of the springs with early replacement. Door works great and we are very happy with the service Carlos provided.

Our door was stuck half way closed & our car was inside. Door could not go up or down and the track was slightly bowed. We called at 6 pm & got appointment for the next day for noon-4 pm. We called Precision because of prior service calls & alway very satisfied with their prices & work. We also appreciate weekend work is at the same rate as week days. Bryan arrived at noon & did a fabulous job of figuring out the cure to our problem & had all the necessary parts on the truck. Work was completed in 2 hours, including making other repairs not part of the problem, such as a new bottom seal that I wanted replaced. We can now get our car out! He adjusted the door on the track & lubricated everything. I enjoyed watching the whole process & took pictures of the job to record what a great job was done. Thanks Bryan!!
