The tech, Adam was very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me several options to help meet my budget. He was not pushy at all. Initially, I needed springs, but he recommended bearrings as well as they were starting to wear. He also educated me on things I could do to minimize wear and tear on the door. I’ve used Precision in the past and will continue to do so if I need them. I will also highly recommend them as they are very reliable, show up on time, even on the weekends! Shout out to Adam he delivered exemplary, customer service!!!

My son-in-law recommended Precision. I've been a "do-it-yourselfer" from when I was a boy. As such, I came to realize that some projects were not meant to be undertaken by a novice in the field. So I called Precision. While I wouldn't attempt the project, I do know a good craftsman when I see one operating. He cut to the chase, and was efficient and confident. No hesitation. Precision installed my garage door several years ago and it has worked perfectly. I told the tech that it may have been my fault that the door did not reverse when I closed it without removing my walker. He said it should have reversed so there would not be any charge. Ashley and Mary were both very pleasant and professional and a pleasure to speak with. Nick arrived well before I expected and within the window of time I was given. After I explained my problem he assessed the situation and within a very short period of time had it corrected, and went beyond what was needed to be done. This is the second service call I've had with Precision, the first time as a result of no one else being available. I could not have been more pleased with my interaction with Adam from Precision Door. After determining the cause of my problem, he presented me with a detailed written explanation of the options available to me, along with the cost of each option. There was absolutely no effort on his part to convince me that one option was better than another. No attempt on his part to “upsell” a more expensive option. He answered all of my questions in a detailed, easy to understand manner and repeated things patiently when I asked. Although no one wants to spend the money necessary to keep their garage door working properly (at least I didn’t), if you have to, then I highly recommend using Precision Door. Don’t make the mistake of using the number of reviews on Google as the sole determining factor in your decision on which company to pick. Remember, it is very easy to inflate the number of Goggle reviews a company has. I think that any half way decent hacker could figure out a way to send bogus reviews from different email addresses. I mean, just think of the number of SPAM calls you get. If that can be done, then hackers certainly can submit bogus reviews. Ask your friends who they used. If you pay a discounted price then more than likely you will get discounted service and a discounted product. Buyers beware.

I have used the Precision Company for many years as they keep our garage door in great working condition. Today's service call was no exception! Serviceman Luke did an exceptional job removing the old & installing the new bottom seal (the rubber on the bottom) at my request. Then checked the whole unit to make sure there were no problems awaiting a breakdown. There is never a high pressure sales pitch on unnecessary problems that other companies might do. I keep their phone number right on the door inside! They even called me to see if I wanted an earlier appt. when Luke had finished his last job earlier than expected. That is great customer service!
