My garage door opener was old and broke for the second time. I contacted Precision Door and Technician Michael Freeman came out. Michael was polite and professional. He checked out the opener and offered several options. I decided to have the opener replaced. Michael efficiently replaced the old system with a new one. The garage door never operated as smoothly and quietly as it does now!

I highly recommend Precision! I had already scheduled service with another company, but that company cancelled 2 scheduled appointments. In the evening, I went on the Precision website to request a service call. At 8:30 the next morning, I received a call from Precision and they said they would have a technician at my house at 10:30 that very same day. The technician arrived at exactly 10:30, diagnosed the problem, told me how he could fix it and he had all the needed parts in his van. He was polite, clean and professional! I've needed garage door & opener work done 3 times in the last 8 years. The first 2 times I got screwed- poor work and over charged. This time Precision came out- fixed my problem, fixed problems left by the previous 2 fly-by-nights and charged me less then either of the first two. Highly recommended. I won't call anyone else in the future!
