Hi! hope all is well. What day/time would be good for us to talk about the work very recently done at my Dad's house in Clearwater. I understand from speaking with my 91 year old father that a spring was replaced on his garage door and the technician was there for less than an hour. I'd very much like to understand what was done and why the cost appears to be very much higher than what would be expected as confirmed by other vendors and his neighbors. Happy to have a call or more than happy to come to your office to discuss after Christmas Day. I emailed the address on his invoice and it bounced back - meaning the email address on the invoice is not valid. Strange..... Please do reply with an explanation of costs before we meet/discuss. thanks again for your help and look to fully understand what appears to be an error in billing. Hats off to our technician Adam!!! He drew the Sunday shift and did a great job at our home in Belleair yesterday!! We were looking at a much more complex repair, but Adam recognized our repair could possibly be done without cutting the cables and replacing the springs! He used his understanding of the door mechanisms and successfully got the job done in much less time and a much better number to us. He certainly did good for the company too! On a busy Sunday when I had to make hospital rounds my garage door broke as I left home. I called Precision and was given a same day appointment. The technician called and I met him at my house. Orion was knowledgeable, honest, and polite. He worked until 7PM and did a fantastic job. He even helped me program my car’s garage opener. What a great young man who provided spectacular service!

What a great experience! I broke my garage door Friday at 6pm. By noon on Sat a technician was out to fix it. Charles was knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix it without spending unnecessary money on a new door. He was friendly, professional and fast to get the job done. 5 stars for sure!

Today's technician was great. My husband had left a message with the receptionist for him before his arrival. When he arrived, he had not received the message. When we started having trouble with the door, my husband checked it. He told me that there were two areas where bolts were required. When he checked the door, one area had no bolt and the other bolt had not been drilled in all the way. He was able to repair that himself but he was not pleased that it had not been properly done during our last service call with your company. I felt that I should make you aware of that. We have been using Precision for many years and the bolt issue is the first time we have not been happy with the service that was done.

Mike Fanning (Precision Garage Doors repairman) was left on his own to do the work after we agreed on the price. My initial feeling was "oh my how expensive the repair was" based on the work we agreed upon and the actual time involved. Later that day when I was able to review Mike's work to salvage an older garage door that already exhibited a lot of patches to hold it together, I was amazed at his workmanship. He removed all the old steel plate patches and replaced each damaged joint with brand new plates and hardware. The workmanship was definitely 5-stars!
